The Bridge Homelessness To Hope

3 July 2024

The Bridge Homelessness To Hope is a Leicester-based charity which runs a Homeless Day-Centre operating as a trauma-led, psychologically informed environment, working with each guest to formulate individual action plans.

Their support structure works toward long-lasting change, identifying and attending to each individual’s specific needs on a 1-to-1 basis. The Bridge’s case workers support service users into appropriate housing where possible and appropriate, as well as facilitating health care support or offering advice on finances and benefit applications. An important part of their service is their emphasis on community and socialisation, wherein service users are valued as individuals free from discrimination due to their housing status.
